With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.
AKG K121 are semi-open headphones, ideal for home recording and personal studio recording. This does not deny that it is also a good yield for daily use, but it means that they have been designed to perform a certain type of work.
They need a few hours of break-in to open up to all kinds of sounds. Sound insulation is good and fits well with any audio playback device.
The frequency response ranges from 18 to 22.500 Hz and from impedance to 55 Ohm (as well imprinted also on the headphones pads). Headphone sensitivity: 114 dB. The AKG K121 is generally recommended for those who don't like too much bass. These tend to be flattened and a good amplifier is needed to improve their depth a little. The mid-high tones come out very well.
